Bissell Brothers is a production brewery with a location in Portland, Maine, that produces expressive ales and crisp lagers. Their vibrant, family-friendly taproom in Portland is one of the largest in the state, where you can purchase beer to-go in cans and enjoy draft pours on-site.
In 2022, the Bissell Brothers Kitchen introduced an exceptional array of fine, locally crafted nosh from Executive Chef Dave Rinaldi. Dave and his team use as much local produce, meat, and seafood as possible with a diverse menu featuring plates big and small. Offerings include sandwiches, house-made pasta, salads, and charcuterie with options for those who eat vegan and gluten-free. Commitment to quality fresh ingredients, innovative flavors that change with the seasons.
2023 saw the opening of a new, modernized and bar forward service in The Garden, a space that combines all the offerings of the taproom experience with a sophisticated atmosphere for more low-key adult style gatherings and casual get togethers. Programming includes a combination of private events, live sports casts, kitchen specials and a soon-to-launch Northern Italian style menu.
Cold Lager, Warm Hearts. Two beers. That’s the foundation of this anti-hype, Czech-inspired Tankpub, who’s original Biddeford location boasts the title, first of it’s kind, in North America. The Thompson’s Point location is soon slated to be two-of-two.
Sacred Profane is not just a Tankpub, but is a group of beer-forward thinkers, focusing on the purity of their pours, and their mission to be open and accepting of all who visit. And as their slogan states, it’s “Worth holding on to”. The tank pub will offer a wide-range of offerings similar to their flagship Biddeford location like live music, art collaboratives, comedy, speaking engagements and performances.

Rwanda Bean operates their award winning coffee roasting, packaging, subscription, and wholesaling businesses out of the Thompson’s Point Brick North building. Their process values freshness, flavor, and aroma above all else and their beans are expertly roasted by Master Roaster John Walsh. Each unique roast brings out the subtle nuances of the nutrient-rich volcanic soil and exquisite flavors only found in the mountains of Rwanda.
Leisure Time Cocktail Company offers a unique cocktail experience mixing up local ingredients, premium spirits and distinctive, fun libations as well as canned and frozen cocktails for your at-home leisure.
Leisure Time is tucked away in the northeast corner of the Brick North building alongside Bissell Brothers Brewing and Rwanda Bean. The space, a newly renovated 1,400 square foot bar and lounge area, offers a cozy atmosphere to best inspire relaxation, good conversation and a touch of free spirit.
